Ted Neiland, MA, CSOTP
Ted Neiland is a Certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider (CSOTP) and Registered Counselor with the Washington State Department of Health.
He began his career as a Sex Offender Treatment Specialist in 2001 working at the Twin Rivers Sex Offender Treatment Program at the Monroe Correction Complex. He then went on to become a Certified Sex Offender Treatment Specialist Supervisor and Community Clinical Supervisor.
In 2006, he started his own practice, Mental Wealth Unlimited in Everett, Washington and became an associate of Dr. O'Connell providing Psychosexual Evaluations and Sex Offender Treatment.
He received his Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Science, Systems Counseling and a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Behavorial Science, both from The Leadership Institute of Seattle in Kenmore, Washington.
In his spare time, Ted enjoys time with his wife, children and grandchildren, golfing and cheering for the best team in the NFL, the Seattle Seahawks (GO HAWKS).
Lisa Trifiletti, Psy.D, CSOTP
Dr. Lisa Trifiletti is a licensed Clinical Psychologist and Certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider (Male/Female)(CSOTP).
Earning her Bachelor's degree (B.A.) at Boston University, she went on to complete her Doctorate in Psychology (Psy.D.) at the Pacific University School of Professional Psychology with a concentration in Forensic Psychology.
Dr. Trifiletti has worked in multiple settings including community mental health and corrections. Her practice emphasizes a Cognitive Behavioral approach to help clients work toward change and growth. She offers individual and couples treatment and Psychosexual Evaluation services.
She currently serves as the state Board Secretary of the Washington Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers (WATSA).
Personal interests include cooking, gardening, hiking, spending time with family and watching bad reality TV.
Michael A. O'Connell & Associates
Pasha Grant is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with eight years clinical experience in Arizona and Washington. Pasha has worked in psychiatric hospitals, emergency departments, crisis programs, and with community mental health providers. She has experience working with individuals, families, and couples dealing with challenging issues ranging from severe mental health diagnoses, domestic violence, involvement with Child Protective Services, sex offender treatment, sex and porn addiction and the courts.
Pasha started full-time private practice in April 2017. She focuses on the treatment of dysfunctional behaviors as related to issues with interpersonal relationship challenges. She uses an eclectic approach with foundations in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, DBT, Mindfulness and others as indicated.
Her education includes MSW 2010 from Arizona State University in Tucson Arizona and BFA 2001 from the University of Washington in Seattle Washington.
Her certifications include Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Washington State, Sex Offender Treatment Provider Affiliate (SOTPA) Washington State, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Arizona and is has been a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) since 2009.
Jason Bailey, MA, LMHC, ASOTP
Jason Bailey has worked in a variety of settings conducting individual therapy and/or case management services for different demographics including: Working with those at risk of suicide to connect with resources and reintegrate back into their communities, case management for homeless Veterans to find and fund permanent housing, family therapy for families of juvenile parolees reentering their communities and therapy to those with chemical dependency and mental health concerns.
He is an associate Mental Health Counselor and an affiliate Sex Offender Treatment Provider (ASOTP) with the Washington State Department of Health and provides direct counseling services as an associate/affiliate of Michael A. O'Connell & Associates.
Jason holds Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degrees from both Western Washington University and Argosy University, Seattle. He earned a Master's of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University, Seattle in 2013.
His interests include mountain biking, a deprived golf game, Seattle sports, Fantasy Football, reading and spending time with family. He also maintains presence in the veteran community as a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), Alumni of the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) and Growing Veterans.

Fawn Nelson, MIT (Office Manager)
Fawn Nelson has Associate degrees in Medical Information Technology (MIT Magna Cum Laude), Applied Science (AAS) and Applied Technology (AAT) along with certifications in Health Unit Coordinating (HUC) and psychological testing.
She administer's the office's "business aspect" including all files, records, reports, accounting, contracts and HIPAA compliance, as well as the office's computer network, server, cloud storage, website and encryption security.
Further, she coordinates and administers a variety of standardized psychological tests. She also serves as the primary interface and facilitator for coordinating evaluations and treatment with patients, clients, corrections officers, courts and attorneys.
